For Awana a couple of weeks ago, the kids had to dress up like their favorite TV show or movie character. The kids are huge Veggie Tale fans so we immediately thought of Veggie Tale characters. Caleb wanted to be Larry Boy, Rylee chose Madam Blueberry and Kaden chose Bob. I brainstormed for a few weeks and finally came up with how to make the patterns and how to make the costumes. They turned out adorable!!!! The kids had so much fun playing their favorite characters and wear them nearly everyday at home. It's funny, never thought I'd ever sew again in my life once I finished home ec and now I sew every week. Never say never....funny I remember mom telling me that a few times. Guess she was right after all.
Caleb/Larry Boy
Rylee/Madam Blueberry
